Please be informed that there may be delays in shipping, depending on the availability of flights. In some cases, international orders can take up to 3 weeks to receive. We would like to thank you for your patience and assure you that your order is on its way to you.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

In addition, any personalised orders may require up to 5 business days before we are able dispatch. If you have included a personalised product in your order, please take note that your entire order will be shipped together.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. When you make a purchase from Kingdomcity Perth Inc, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order. 

Please ensure that shipping information is accurate as Kingdomcity will not bear the cost of a redirect / change of shipping destination. These costs will need to be borne by the customer.

Please be aware that all discounted items and conference related merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise required by Australia consumer regulations.

Digital download links are valid for 30 days from date of purchase, and can be accessed multiple times from the download link contained in the confirmation email until expiry.
